Project Description:
Project scope included an additional 7th level (543 spaces) to an existing 6-level parking garage with the addition of 3,000 square feet of new retail space on the ground floor. The project met the clients need for additional parking and retail space and the requirement that the new space was to blend in with the historic campus architecture, and show sensitivity to the eclectic surrounding neighborhood.
