Project Description:
The scope of work was for a new three story, 45,000 sq. ft. academic building that includes a 200 computer ACCelerator multimedia teaching space, general classrooms, and faculty offices and a biology laboratory. The Central Plant Upgrades (CUP) includes a new 200 ton Chiller, a new 200 ton Cooling Tower, primary chiller and condenser water system upgrades and central plant controls.
Services Provided:
Guerra Engineering provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing, fire protection and controls engineering design and construction administration services.
