COA/YMCA North Austin Community Recreation Center – Austin, Texas
Project Description:
The City of Austin and the YMCA created a unique partnership. The facility is 36,000 sq. ft. and boasts the state-of-the-art health and wellness center that includes open-access community spaces, child watch center, gymnasium, indoor pools, teen room, computer lab, meeting rooms and a site for future community garden.
Services Provided:
Guerra Engineering provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design and construction administration services.
