Davis Water Treatment Plant Power Distribution Upgrade (PDU) – Austin, Texas

Project Description:

The project scope was for the upgrades and renovations to the existing power distribution system for the plant.

This project included the addition of a new electrical substation building. The building had a 5,000 SF footprint, with a 25-tall above ground building made of load-bearing CMU walls and steel roof trusses and a 14-ft deep concrete basement structures. The building housed the equipment pads
for eight new transformers at four specific zones. Guerra’s Davis WTP MSPS project completed next to the new power distribution building.
