Project Description:
The project was a 8,000 sq. ft. renovation and 11,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing recreation center. The renovated and expanded center now includes new multi-purpose fitness rooms, a game room, lobby area, exercise rooms, classrooms, and a rain garden.
Services Provided:
Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design and construction administration services.
