Project Description:
New mixed use development including 80,000 sq. ft. of office/retail space and a 161,529 sq. ft. parking garage. Built 450 feet above Lake Travis using native Central Texas materials. Project incorporated a lake water cooling system, photovoltaic system, rainwater harvesting system, daylight harvesting system, ventilation energy recovery, water conserving plumbing systems, and other engineered sustainability systems.
