Project Description:
The North Campus Phase II is located at the existing John H. Winters campus. The project design was for a new seven-story, 302K GSF office building renovation with seven-level parking structure with appx 1550 parking spaces and utility connections to the existing Central Utility Plant.
Project will not move to the construction phase.

Guerra Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection engineering design services.
