Project Description:
The new repository project included conditioned stack storage, conditioned artifacts storage, conditioned transition space, viewing and administrative offices, loading docks and supporting site improvements that included water, fire water, wastewater, gas, electric, and communications service extensions, access drives, parking and loading, paving and stormwater management system relocation and additions. Total Facility Square Footage is 19,700 and the project is CMAR.
