Project Description:
Project scope was a design-build four level parking garage with 1,300 spaces, site development utilities and drainage. Trinity garage is located on the corner of MLK and Trinity. Convenient to ERWIN CENTER, Nursing, Jester and San Jacinto Residence Halls, the Jamail Texas Swimming Center, the Collections Deposit Library, the Penick-Allison Tennis Center, and the School of Social Work.
Services Provided:
Guerra Engineering provided complete civil mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design and construction administration services.
