University of Texas – East Campus Parking Garage Project – Austin, Texas

Project Description:

The new garage will provide the campus much needed parking and will improve transit connections between the Main and East Campuses. The garage will facilitate remote parking, provide convenient parking for the University’s new graduate student housing, the adjacent Disch-Falk baseball field and the Texas Tennis Center.

The design/build project was for a 5-story, 2,000-space parking garage of approximately 641,000 sq. ft. located on the East side of IH-35.
