Project Description:
The project scope was for a new grounds initiative that was designed to unify and revitalize the Blanton campus which is approximately 200,000 square feet and contains two buildings. The Guerra team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design for the Blanton Renovations including the two new entrance lobbies, exterior canopies and new café entries. Electrical engineering was also provided for the extensive exterior renovations including new landscape lighting, signage and shade sculpture lighting.
