Project Description:
The PER Phase was completed in September 2021. The evaluation of the existing structures to develop a TM for a PER. The structures evaluated were the Primary Clarifier & Flow Equalization Basins from the original contract in 1974 and the first major expansion in 1986. The evaluation included the condition of the concrete in the walls and the roof of the structures. The rehabilitation includes significant modifications to the existing roof, walls and basins with troughs. The design following the PER findings is now underway.
