Project Description:

Project scope consists of two major scopes of work. For the existing terminal the scope generally includes the roof replacement and exterior envelope repairs, hold room upgrades, various system upgrades including electrical, mechanical, fire alarm, security, and paging, baggage handling improvements, and vestibule expansion of the existing Terminal. For the new terminal the scope generally includes the costs for the Terminal Expansion systems, including baggage handling, mechanical, electrical, security, low voltage, plumbing, and elevators / escalators, interior build-out, and exterior envelope.
