Project Description:
Conversion of an existing 10,500 sq. ft. covered outdoor basketball pavilion into a 14,700 sq. ft. indoor recreation center. New facility is complete with gymnasium, multipurpose room, weight room, dance room, men’s and woman’s locker/shower/restrooms, administrative office, reception, lobby and covered outdoor play porch.

Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design and construction administration services.
