Project Description:
Project scope was a new 5,000 sq. ft. addition to existing branch library and renovation of existing library areas to provide additional stacks, multi-purpose spaces, conference room and computer lab area. Project included the replacement of all major mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design and construction administration services.
