Project Description:
The project objective was to renovate the existing Choral Room due to the sound disturbances from the adjacent corridor and common areas The interior renovations included HVAC, Sound Isolation, Lighting, Interior Finishes. New LED lighting was required to provide for appropriate use of the space once the variable and fixed acoustical treatments were added to the walls and ceiling to mitigate the uninspiring acoustics. The HVAC was reworked to eliminate noise from the HVAC equipment and ductwork. 18,049 GSF.
