The Guerra team is seeking a motivated and collaborative Electrical EIT or Technician to join our team. As an electrical EIT or Technician you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects including municipal, higher education, K-12, industrial, airport and commercial projects of all sizes and complexities.

Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in the design of power distribution and lighting
- Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or architectural engineering
- On track for Texas P.E. License
- Proficient in REVIT & AutoCAD and other electrical design software technologies
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA).
- Familiarity with energy-efficient systems and sustainable design principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
