This project included the complete replacement of the building mechanical systems within an existing elementary school building.  We worked directly with the Round Rock School district to design and coordinate the contract documents and managed the project through bidding and construction contract award. The project began with a complete feasibility study and pricing exercise to develop a project budget. Once the budget was established, we developed a complete set of design documents to replace the existing building mechanical system with new state of the art, energy efficient systems complete with building wide DDC controls integrated into the district’s wide area network system. This project included the development of a complete building energy model and preparation of documentation required for LEED AEGB certification. We also provided preliminary Test and Balancing services and roof replacement through sub consultants.
