Project Description:

The new building is a 1-story structure, approximately 17’ tall, with approximately 13,840sf of gross area, and is a conventional steel structure. Project scope provided direct secured parking for personal and department vehicles (for 15 – 20 Police Vehicles) and provided space designed to facilitate the functions and flow of a police station. The project also provided additional administrative space for the UPD, dedicated storage and file spaces. The project ensured easy vehicular and service access to adjacent main campus circulation for patrol cars, created a dedicated UPD building that is easily accessible for students, faculty, visitors, and UPD staff. Project Delivery Method was CMR.

Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design and construction administration services.
