Project Description:

The project included extensive mechanical HVAC, plumbing and electrical system renovations throughout the building in multiple phases.  The mechanical air distribution systems were replaced through each floor with a new system designed to accommodate a future replacement of the main air handling equipment. The building electrical system was replaced with a new power and lighting distribution including all new pathways to be incompliance with NEC.  The building remained occupied during construction and the Guerra team was able to minimize impact to sensitive spaces by coordinating with the CMR to develop detailed construction sequencing. The overall MEP scope involved a building HVAC load analysis, mechanical system design, electrical power and lighting system design, plumbing design, fire protection design and complete control system modifications and integration.
