The project scope is Design/Build for a new affordable housing complex that includes 7-stories and 942 beds. The housing complex is complete student housing community with full-time staff, lounge spaces for activities, shared courtyards with benches and tables, student study spaces and security. The project includes utility upgrades and site planning that includes stormwater drainage analysis and stormwater management design, erosion & sediment control, paving and grading, offsite campus wastewater design and analysis, extension of the utilities (domestic water & wastewater, fire, thermal, electrical, communications, and storm) to support the new housing complex.
