Project Description:
New construction of a 4-story, approximately 178k sq. ft. High School serving grades 9th – 12th. The new school included spaces such as Administration Offices, Core Classrooms/Learning Areas, Career Center, Media Center, Science Labs, Career and Tech Labs, Gymnasium, Locker Rooms, Art Room, Music Labs, Cafeteria, kitchen, restrooms, and other building support spaces. 800 student capacity.
Services Provided:
Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design and construction administration services.
