AISD Facility Condition and Suitability Assessment – Austin, Texas

Project Description:

The role was to provide a civil assessment of the facilities and schools within the Austin independent school district (approximately 123 sites). The assessment for each location included a detailed site summary that provided a condition and deficiency overview and a system condition rating for the site improvements and site utilities.

The assessment for a third of the locations were done at the actual site and for the remaining portion a desktop assessment was prepared. The site assessments included photo documentation, staff interviews, a log of existing conditions for roadways, parking lots, pedestrian paving, and landscape.
