Project Description:
30,775 sq. ft. new Art museum building to support the Bachelor of Arts program in Studio Art. The project included classrooms, class labs, student gallery space, faculty and staff offices and support spaces. Specialized labs were constructed for graphic design, sculpture and ceramics programs.

Guerra Engineering provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design and construction administration services.
