Project Description:
New 73,000 Pre-K elementary school. 24 room facility includes a cafeteria, kitchen, gymnasium, library, administrative offices and an outdoor playground. Mechanical systems included a central thermal utility plant complete with chilled water and heating water production and distribution.
Services Provided:
Guerra Engineering provided complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design
and construction administration services.
