The project scope of work was a new 16,800 sq.ft design-build recreation center. The facility provides a welcoming environment where the community can gather. The resource center amenities include an assembly hall, catering kitchen, a library/computer lab, classrooms, conference spaces, information center, a display gallery, meditation garden, community activity center, cultural exhibition, and display spaces.

Jose I. Guerra, Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design and construction administration services.
