A new 73,000 sq. ft., two-story Church that included classrooms, auditorium, multi purpose spaces, offices, restrooms, 844-seat worship center and nursery, additional parking and outdoor playground.  One of the  challenges for the project was the fact that the approved site plan would expire unless a Building Permit was acquired by a specified date and the construction documents had to be submitted three months prior to that milestone.  Plans were submitted and comments, revisions and re-submissions were expedited to achieve the Building Permit before the deadline.
