Project Description:

Project scope consists of the terminal expansion along with concurrent upgrades to the existing terminal, apron and central utility plant at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, ABIA/AUS. The 175,000 SF terminal expansion added nine new gates, concessions baggage handling airline offices and  additional passenger amenities including an outdoor observation deck, airline lounges and pet spaces.  The existing terminal improvements included the roof replacement, exterior envelope repairs, hold room upgrades, new exit lanes and numerous infrastructure upgrades including electrical, mechanical, fire alarm, security, baggage handling and entrance vestibules.
