Project Description:
The scope of work was for a new three story, 45,000 sq. ft. academic building that includes a 200 computer ACCelerator multimedia teaching space, general classrooms, and faculty offices and a biology laboratory. The Central Plant Upgrades (CUP) includes a new 200 ton Chiller, a new 200 ton Cooling Tower, primary chiller and condenser water system upgrades and central plant controls.

Jose I. Guerra, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing, fire protection and controls engineering design and construction administration services.
