Project Description:
The project scope included overall master plan plant improvements to incorporate three new 2,500 ton water cooled centrifugal chillers and reconfiguration the existing plant to meet current codes. The current plant design maximizes the cooling capacity to meet the plants long term needs. The project also included the build out of the existing hydronic systems, connection to the thermal storage, equipment replacement, plant wide PLC control system expansion and upgrading all required life safety systems.
