Project Description:
The project scope included renovations that are part of the 2013 Bond Deficiency List. The project includes outdoor restrooms, storage space, HVAC system modifications and equipment, modifications to existing power distribution, existing plumbing systems and existing fire alarm and fire-suppression systems.

Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design and construction administration services.
