Scope includes construction of building 167 and 176, buildings approximately 30,000 sq ft of new office space for OKIN Business Process Services. Project required renovation of two historical buildings to include new rooftop mechanical units, new plumbing and new electrical power distribution.  The power distribution system included normal, stand-by generator power and un-interruptible power systems to support the OKIN critical business operations.  The project was on an accelerated design and construction schedule that required extensive coordination to insure on-time project delivery.
