Project Description:
Complete interior restoration of the historic 1894 courthouse building. Project included the addition of heating, ventilating and air conditioning, data/telecommunication, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler systems to the building, which pre-dated all of these modern conveniences when originally built.

Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design and construction administration services.
