Our Civil scope included Erosion & Sediment Controls, Demolition, Utilities (water, wastewater, and storm), Paving, Grading and Drainage, and Stormwater Management (detention and water quality). This project was unique in that an above-ground cistern is being used in combination with rain gardens to meet water quality and storm water detention requirements.  Our MEP scope included air conditioning and providing lighting and power to an office/waiting area, outdoor lighting, and providing plumbing to a naturally-ventilated restroom of approximately 2000 GSF.
