CARTS Tucker Hill Lane “Lee Dildy Operations Complex” Cedar Creek, Texas
The Operations Facility had it’s grand opening in May 2019. The project completes an overall master plan for the Tucker Hill Operations Complex. The Complex included a state-o-the-art maintenance facility, a 100-car park-n-ride station and Operations/Headquarters facility designed to accommodate CARTS needs for the next several years. The Operations & Headquarters building has high-end interior finishes through-out the private offices, cubicle offices, conference rooms, restrooms, kitchens and indoor/outdoor common areas. The sustainable lighting design incorporates energy efficient LED light fixtures and lighting controls including occupancy sensors and daylight harvesting.
