Project Description:

The new 18,500 sq ft vehicle maintenance center building is phase I of a multi-phase project on the CARTS Operations site located at Hwy 71 @ Tucker Hill Lane. The CARTS Operations Complex is dedicated to the longtime Board Chairman of CARTS, Lee Dildy. The site will be fully developed over time to house all of the CARTS operations, including staff offices, training facility, call center, a park-n-ride facility and a intermodal bus facility.

Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design and construction administration services.
