Cornerstone Church Phase 1 & Phase 2 – San Antonio, Texas
The scope of work includes a complete renovation to the existing campus Sanctuary, Chapel, Administrative area, and Education building. The project included the replacement of all mechanical and control systems with in the existing buildings while the building was occupied. The project also included the a new two-story Education Building Connection and a new covered courtyard.
The Phase II scope of work is a New Addition to the existing church campus including Adult Classrooms, Community Hall, Kids Gathering, Restaurant Mezzanine, Monumental Stair, South Plaza Walkway, North Exterior Canopy and Outdoor Baptistry.
Jose I. Guerra Inc. is providing complete structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design and construction administration services.
