Project Description:
22,000 square feet of Multi Tenant Shell Buildings and Site Development. New retail shell buildings (18,200 sq. ft. and 4,500 sq. ft). MEP Design made provisions for seven (7) tenants in the large building and a single tenant in the 4,500 sq. ft. Building. Plumbing design included 1,500 gallon grease trap for a future 6,000 sq. ft. restaurant tenant. The project is located in the Military Lighting Overlay District (MLR2) due to vicinity to Lackland AFB and required special site lighting provisions.

Jose I. Guerra, Inc. is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing, and fire protection engineering design and construction administration services.
