Project Description:
Complete MEP Design and Construction Administration services for the renovation and expansion of the existing elementary school. Project included the addition of exterior security lighting, the renovation/refurbishment of faculty and student restrooms, the replacement of HVAC equipment, the addition of emergency egress lighting, the replacement of deteriorated electrical Switchgear, motor controls and transformers, the addition of a new PE Teacher’s office, and the expansion of the kitchen and cafeteria. Facility is 76,462 sg. ft. and has 843 student capacity.
