Project Description:

Project scope was the renovation of an existing elementary school. Project included the renovation/refurbishment of faculty and student restrooms, installation of new HVAC equipment to serve the cafeteria and gym, and the complete replacement of all sanitary sewer and domestic water piping in the facility.

Services Provided:

Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete structural and mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design and construction administration services.
