Project Description:

The project included re-purposing an existing building into a 15 acre central bus storage and maintenance facility and office space. A 10,400 sq ft building was renovated for administrative office and a 12,400 sq ft building was renovated for a bus maintenance shop. A fleet service area was developed complete with a bus wash, vacuum

and fuel facility. The facility provided a much needed expansion of The HOP regional public transit system. The HCTD run program connects nine counties with safe, dependable and effective transportation for rural areas and includes Special Transit Services for passengers who are disabled.

Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design and construction administration services.
