Project Description:
The project scope included renovations that are part of the 2013 Bond Deficiency List. The project included outdoor restrooms, storage space, HVAC system modifications and equipment, modifications to existing power distribution, existing plumbing systems and existing fire alarm and fire-suppression systems.
Services Provided:
Jose I. Guerra Inc. was the Prime Firm and provided complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design and construction administration services.
