The project scope was to resolve issues that were noted in he 2016 AISD Deficiency Report. The areas for improvement focused on uneven restroom floors, drainage issues, leaking flush valves, water leaks, replacing existing plumbing fixtures, building odors/ventilation, upgrades to lighting fixtures and several HVAC Mechanical deficiencies.
