Project Description:

New 39,000 sq. ft. Cultural Center complete with assembly, gallery, classroom and office spaces.

Services Provided:

Jose I. Guerra, Inc. provided complete structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering design services. Also included preparation of contract documents and construction administration services.
