Project Description:

Project was for a new recreation and community building that houses current and proposed recreational services including after-school activities, youth sport and specialized classes, education programs, exercise and fitness classes, health, wellness and nutrition programs, senior activities, neighborhood center services, seasonal services and other health services for preventative care. The facility is 33,000 sq. ft. and include a gymnasium, meeting rooms and a commercial grade kitchen. Project awarded from the 2012 Bond.

Services Provided:

Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design and construction administration services.
