Project Description:
New 9,309 sq. ft. Fire/EMS Station complete with an entry, offices, day room, exercise room, garage, fire rescue facility, eight dormitory rooms, restrooms, kitchen & dining room, laundry room and storage rooms. The Station is one floor with a mechanical mezzanine.
Services Provided:
Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design and construction administration services.
Awards / Recognition:
Project is pursuing USGBC LEED Silver Certification
