Project Description:

Project scope was for a new 17,500 sq. ft. recreation center complete with community center, meeting rooms, offices, restrooms and outdoor park areas.

Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete civil and structural engineering design and construction administration services.

Awards / Recognition:

Winner of Texas Society of Architects 1997 Honor Award.
