The project scope was an extensive HVAC renovation that included the demolition and replacement of controls on AHUs and DDC remote devices, MDF air conditioning and replacement of heat pump units. The project also  included a new cooling tower, new heating pump circulation water pumps/motors, new boilers and new outside air handling units.

Jose I. Guerra Inc. was the prime firm and provided complete civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing  engineering design and construction administration services.
