R.E.A.L. Multimodal Transit Facility – Alice, Texas
Project Description:
The project involves the design and construction of a new multimodal transit facility in Alice, TX. The development includes a 17,000 SF administration building to house offices, training areas, and meeting spaces, as well as an 11,600 SF maintenance building equipped for bus and fleet servicing. Supporting infrastructure includes a wash bay and fuel station to ensure daily operational efficiency, covered walkways to enhance accessibility and safety, and dedicated parking areas for staff, fleet vehicles, and visitors.
The facility is designed with long-term growth in mind, incorporating sustainable design strategies, modern technology for fleet management, and flexible spaces to adapt to evolving transit needs. Together, these elements will provide a state-of-the-art hub that enhances operational efficiency, supports workforce needs, and strengthens public transit services for the community.
