Project Description:
The project scope was an extensive HVAC renovation that included a new cooling plant and chiller yard. The civil scope included excavation, utilities drainage & piping, grading, paving, sidewalks and gas line relocation. The structural scope included the new cooling plant building. The MEP scope included new chilled water system, heating water system, new electrical, sanitary waste and vent piping, floor drains, five new Air Handling Units and controls system.

Jose I. Guerra Inc. was the Prime Firm and provided complete civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design and construction administration services.
